It is certified that the examinations and their results, which were carried out within the scope of the DTC test order no. aSi-20-1376 (A), correspond to the type and scope of an operational safety inspection required for re-registration in Switzerland. The examinations did not show any structural overloads or impairments of the operational and road safety of the motorbike in the load cases examined.
The motorbike may not be used with a pillion rider! The above-mentioned point must be noted in the vehicle registration card! The free movement of the rear wheel must be ensured.
The remaining approval tests, which do not concern the modification or the operational safety of the modification, must be carried out by the approval authority.
Liability is basically subject to the Product Liability Act (PrHG). The conversion engineer shall be responsible for the proper execution of the modifications and the installation of the components.
